Role: Senior Analyst

Location: Putney, London

Our clients include the industry’s leading investors (CVC Capital Partners, Bruin Capital, and PIF), and leading sports rights holders (World Athletics, International Tennis Federation, World Rugby).

This is an opportunity for an outstanding candidate with 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar to work at the forefront of some of the sports industry’s most significant transactions as an integral part of a lean specialist team.

What you will do:

• Support and lead execution of M&A and capital raising transactions
• Build and own detailed financial models
• Prepare high-quality, client-ready materials, including pitch decks and investment memoranda
• Conduct in-depth sector, company and investor research
• Take ownership of client relationships and manage workstreams independently
• Contribute to origination and development of new opportunities
• Managing junior analysts and internal workstreams (e.g., news monitoring and external investment newsletters)

What we are looking for – Professional

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar
• Proven exposure to the full M&A deal lifecycle
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills (integrated three-statement modelling, valuation, LBO, cashflow forecasting, comparable transactions)
• Experience producing investment-grade materials in PowerPoint
• Preferred: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CFA)
