777 approached Oakwell to provide financial advice and transaction support in relation to their proposed acquisition of the Belgian football club Standard Liege.
Oakwell produced an extensive background financial due diligence report on Standard Liege. Oakwell worked in close collaboration with Belgian lawyers and accountants to provide 777 with a comprehensive overview of the club, enabling 777 to submit an informed, competitive bid.
